Case Report Forms dedicated to collecting data of patients that are going to be inserted in the HeC Project
have been created for each of the three disease groups (Cardiomyopathies, Brain Tumors and Rheumatology). These CRFs cover different aspects (clinical, laboratory, genetic, etc…) from the first contact with the patient
(i.e. baseline visit) and continue even in successive follow-up visits according to each case
needs.
